Sustainable Development Strategy

In the period, April – December l, 2003 village Mîndreşti elaborated the Village Sustainable Development Strategy  „Local Agenda 21 Mîndreşti” within the Project „Local Agenda 21 in Moldova” financed by the UNDP. The elaboration of the Locale Agenda 21 was done by the members of Sector Working Groups and the Coordination Unit Local Agenda 21 Mândreşti, which were created at the initial stage of the project with the help of the consultants of the Institute for Research and Consulting in Management „Business Consulting Institute”.  The Activity Plan (LAP) within the Strategy was completed in the period 2003-2005 by 30 %.  In August 2005 the LPA was updated with the assistance of Moldova Investment Fund. At the moment LPA in partnership with the local NGOs, EA and GI of the inhabitants make all the efforts and use all the opportunities to accomplish the planned LPA activities.  The AO Rural Development Agency Local Agenda 21 Mîndreşti was created to contribute to the realization of the LPA activities having as members the founders of the Coordination Unit Local Agenda 21 Mîndreşti, as well as other people interested in the prosperity of the commune Mîndreşti.
